The primary goal was to create a single, reliable SharePoint Online intranet where employees could quickly access the firm’s most important information, resources, and updates. The intranet needed to support day-to-day operations by centralizing onboarding materials, HR references, policies, training content, and commonly used links in a structure that is easy to navigate and search.

A second goal was to strengthen engagement and internal coordination through a modern Home experience that highlights announcements, events, and firm communications, while improving visibility into people and expertise across the organization. The solution also needed a secure governance model with clear ownership, role-based permissions, and a flexible design that the firm can maintain and expand as priorities evolve.

NIFTIT designed and delivered a modern SharePoint Online intranet within Microsoft 365, built on a hub architecture that connects core departmental areas through a consistent navigation experience. We implemented role-based permissions and clear ownership to support secure access while keeping ongoing administration straightforward for internal teams.

To support HR and onboarding, we centralized key resources into structured libraries and pages for policies, handbook content, training materials, phone lists, floor plans, and employee reference documentation. The information architecture was built for findability, with intuitive categorization and an editing approach that enables easy updates without technical effort.

For firm-wide communications, we implemented a streamlined publishing model for announcements, employee spotlights, and bulletin-style updates. Content is surfaced where users naturally start, keeping important information visible and easy to consume while supporting a repeatable workflow for future posts and ongoing engagement.

We also delivered practical operational capabilities, including intake experiences for suggestions, award submissions, and internal requests with clear routing and tracking. The solution improves visibility into people and expertise through structured profiles and discovery, and supports ongoing engagement with events and milestone visibility through a unified intranet experience.
